Comfort in Christ

Hey 🀍, An easy prey to spiraling thoughts?  Well, it's become pretty common in the lives of so many people. A lot of people willingly claim to have ADHD, even when they're undiagnosed. If you feel choked up with thoughts that hold you up both day and night, let me hold your hand. Dear, you're not alone. If you feel unworthy of salvation because you just keep sinning, you've prayed about it, celebrated days of abstinence, but still fell back to old habits... Hmmm, just breathe out. The devil has probably been having a field day in your thoughts 🫠. If your days feel messed up by anxious thoughts or piercing emotional wounds. πŸ«‚  The ones you've shared and the parts you've left out, hmmmm. πŸ«‚ There's healing for us. Healing is God's Children's bread and nothing will take it from us 🀍. If you want to approach God and you don't know how, you feel your methods aren't as flashy as that influencer online or that friend that makes you want to do be...

Side character?

HeyπŸ‘‹πŸ½, Right now, I'm really wishing this was a voice note or a video because there's a kind of excitement within me as I type.  I was reading the book of Esther and I noticed something. There was a character that is sidelined to the supporting character. Was that an error? You see, this is the Bible, and errors don't exist in its arrangement, message, or authors. Whenever we reference the book of Esther, our main focus is usually Queen Esther herself, but let's defer into Mordecai, the queen's cousin. He was actually the first person to be named in that book between him and Esther. Now, I'm not here to be building a conspiracy theory.... but I've come to understand that every name, every creature in the Bible has a purpose. The King needed a Queen, Mordecai had the chosen one in his house.  The King was troubled and had no rest; a book containing a forgotten good deed of Mordecai was read to him.  The King needed advice on how to honour Mordecai, and woul...

Prayer for the year

HeyπŸ™πŸΏ, Our Father in heaven we say thank You πŸ™πŸΏ. We glorify Your Holy Name. We lift our hands and our songs in praise of Your Name. We're grateful for Your mercy and everlasting kindness. We give You all the glory. This is a new session and You who brought us through last year, who laid in hearts messages and gave pens to various people, You who give different visions but the same spirit and enabled the blog to be consistent irrespective of other factors, we say thank You. We commit this new session into Your hands, we pray for a learning spirit, we pray for understanding, we pray for strength, we pray for growth, we ask for Grace to attempt opportunities and Your wisdom to navigate the areas You lead us through. Lord remove within us the spirit of laziness and procrastination, remove the spirit of lying and stealing. Help us Lord Jesus to walk in freedom from any vices that made us not to be happy and to be at rest. We ask O Lord for deliverance. As we go through another year ...

Give thanks

Give thanks with a grateful heart Give thanks to the Holy one. Give thanks because it's given. Jesus Christ is Lorddddd! Did you guess it was a song πŸ˜‘? Then you're correct!😌🀍. Psalms 92:1-2 NIV‬ [1] It is good to praise the Lord and make music to your name, O Most High, [2] proclaiming your love in the morning and your faithfulness at night, ‭ Psalms 103:1-6 NIV‬ [1] Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. [2] Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits— [3] who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, [4] who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, [5] who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. [6] The Lord works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed. It's a new year !  It's a new year !! It's a new year !!! Three times incase the first one didn't click in your head. Why exactly are you starting "the year"...

Surely God's goodness....

HeyπŸ‘‹πŸΏ, Psalm 23:6 KJV‬ [6] Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: And I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. A prayer to end the Psalms of a sheep who is content with it's shepherd.  We've followed the sheep lore all the way from where he introduced the Lord as his Shepherd, told us the good and loving deeds, made us understand he had no fears or worries and that he carries an anointing that overflows from it's cup.   And now he claims the goodness and mercy of his Shepherd (some translations say, "Surely His goodness and mercy....") We've come into the New year by God's grace and I encourage us to claim this prayer as simple as it is. Goodness of a good God, His mercies that endureth forever. May God's goodness and mercy follow us not just in this new year but all the days of our lives and we will dwell in the House of the Lord forever and ever, Amen. A few verses to carry into this new year; ‭Habakkuk 3:18 NIV‬ ...
