Make Disciples

Hey๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿฟ,

19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Matthew 28:19

Worshipping God doesn’t only end with living right, it also involves the important commandment of winning souls.
Winning souls doesn’t end with tract sharing, I believe the most important part is the follow up process.
Discipleship means training and teaching, and that involves continuous contact and engagement.

Without following up the new convert can easily backslide because they’ve not been taught the word of God. What they need is in you. You might not have shared the tract, you might not have brought them to church but you can still be part of their salvation journey.

You can be relatable, charitable or just a stepping stone in their walk with God because that’s our purpose. If you notice the early church had to designate the hospitality sections because it was a lot to handle combined with teaching it makes us understand that the welfare of new converts and even existing members are important.

That period where they encourage you to welcome them let’s do it with more energy and joy because they’re now your brethren and I believe we’ll all be accountable for the new children of God placed under our care. God doesn’t play with any of His children.
Have a blessed week๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฟ
