Thank You Jesus

Father Lord I'm just using this space to say thank You.
When there's Jesus there's change and not the wordly type.
Going through the exam season was where I learnt the purpose of certain friendships.
I'm so grateful for the time I fell sick and someone who had the same course the next day, sat down and was reading the course to me because I was too weak to do that. 
I'm so grateful for the friends that did overnight with me 
I'm so grateful for the friends who sent me things I should read and encouraged me when I felt weak. I'm grateful for the people I shared a room with.
I recently wrote that maybe life is the friends we make and it's not all that false.
God will always be the centre of our lives and he's brought in people, a community that will build and edify each other.
As the exam season is coming to an end for some and for others just starting, I pray the peace and love of Christ will rest heavily upon you. 
Writing with zero panic! I definitely claim it because sometimes you think you know a course and within those few minutes to exam, self doubt starts to try and do it's thing. Let's not even talk about those reminders of 10 minutes more when you've not started the next question. But thank You Jesus through whom we have all overcome.
Let's hold hands and run this race of life together in Christ.

Surely God's goodness....

Hey👋🏿, Psalm 23:6 KJV‬ [6] Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: And I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. A prayer to end the Psalms of a sheep who is content with it's shepherd.  We've followed the sheep lore all the way from where he introduced the Lord as his Shepherd, told us the good and loving deeds, made us understand he had no fears or worries and that he carries an anointing that overflows from it's cup.   And now he claims the goodness and mercy of his Shepherd (some translations say, "Surely His goodness and mercy....") We've come into the New year by God's grace and I encourage us to claim this prayer as simple as it is. Goodness of a good God, His mercies that endureth forever. A heart of thanksgiving

Hey👋🏿, Gratitude a key word in living a life that glorifies God.  Man was created for God's pleasure and if you're looking for purpose.. here it is.  This topic was coined from the topic treated in my church where the woman who taught took us down the memory lane and showed us the necessity of saying thank you in all situations and not just when you feel comfortable.  Someone could be going through worse.  Jesus said surely you'd have trouble in this world. I believe Thanksgiving is a child of God's approach to situations that are not exactly pleasant. Jesus said in all things give thanks. Do not be anxious for anything. One thing that stuck to me when I was reading this King Jehoshaphat story more carefully, my version let's me know that King Jehoshaphat wasn't instructed to sing and dance.
