Consistency

Hey, πŸ‘‹πŸΎ
One thing a lot of successful people will tell you when asked the keys to their success is Consistency.
Content creating, learning a skill and just about anything you want to do in life.
So if we strive to be consistent in our money making skills knowing that it may take time and may also not work out then why do we not consider our walk with God as an every day habit.
We don't take relationship with God as seriously and we give up or slack out because we're 'busy' or it's not working out the way you imagined.
If you can press on in content creating despite low views or stress yourself to learn that skill that is not attracting customers the way you envision or probably it's working out for you, then pour out the same energy or more in maintaining a relationship with the Lord our Saviour.
I believe the more consistent, the easier it becomes a habit and the more we will desire the presence of the Lord in anything we do.
Some of us really want to spend time with God, really want to study God's word, really want to have that beautiful relationship but it just doesn't work out. It's just so easy to forget to pray and they've lived so long in that habit that it's hard to break
No problems, if you want to break that habit it would be beautiful to just pray and say Lord remind me to pray and study my Bible and then it just happens as smoothly as we envision and we become that fire brand Christian. But do we really think that there will be no effort on our side?
My dear the battles we fight is not against flesh and blood and if you want to win, you have to be intentional.
What do you want?
A relationship with Jesus.
What should you do to achieve that?
. Set alarms titled Bible study or Prayer.
. Work out your playlist and remove songs that do not edify (build) your spirit or give glory to God.
. Train your mind to get into Bible study even if it's one chapter
. Get an accountability partner, someone to remind you just in case you 'forgot'.
Lastly remember that it's your race and it's not by speed you win but slow and STEADY wins the race.
Please do well to be intentional about your life with God 🀍.
Shalom. Love and light 🌸.
Your accountability partner in Christ, Gloria.🀍
