Hey, Happy Sunday 🤍... Praying..with the word. I am someone who just came to the understanding of praying with God's word. The Bible says praying in the spirit edifies the man but have you tried praying in the assurance of the word? Praying in the spirit is a very wonderful thing and goes far for you. But when you're praying for provision and you quote scriptures related to that need, I don't know for you but sometimes I will just smile and be like, "God so Gloria knows Bible verses?😌" My dear praying without knowing God's word for that situation might not be rosy. I don't have to say much about the importance of knowing God's word. The Bible is our sword and not knowing God's word is going to war without a sword... you can't win except by the grace of God. Know your Bible! Wield your sword! Where in your 2025 resolution is knowing God more? If you want to know Him more where else can you find the very essence of God than His word. In John 1,...

Hey Prayer Communication between God and man. A way for God to speak to man and vice versa. What is prayer to you? I've learnt that when something has a personal value to you, you will treasure it. I heard one preacher emphasize on not living on microwaveable prayers. That is prayers of convenience.  Lord please take me where I am going and bring me back safely - 5 seconds. Lord thank you that I woke up this morning - 2 seconds. Don't sit on the fact that because God knows and sees my heart, why then are we asked to pray? Jesus told Peter in Mark 14: 38," Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation.
